. of course,
they randomly substituted two of the courses/wines without

sitting at the table well beyond midnight after the entire
restaurant had cleared out and the lights had been turned off . . . |

to slip some extra charges in that were erroneous. finally,
in comparision to tasting menus at other restaurants such as masas or
farallon, both the food and the wine pairings at this restaurant
weren't even in the same league. nevertheless, we had a blast
here. :D
